EXHIBITION NOTES

Chris Gomez , is a multidisciplinary creative and advocate for Sustainable Design.

With a practice that culls from a rich experience in visual art, graphic design, product design, and community engagement, he creates relevant works that pushes his philosophy of solving problems without sacrificing good design.

Recently he was a finalist in The Habi Kadayawan 2019 Fashion accessories Design Competition (Professional Category) Finalist in the Look of Style Awards 2014 by the British Council and Look Magazine. Received the Grand Prize for the Waterbased Category in the Metrobank Art and Design Excellence awards 2012. He was a finalist in the National Philippine Art Awards 2011. He received an Award of Excellence in 2016 and was a finalist in 2008 at the China Asean Youth Artwork Creativity Contest in Nanning, China and represented the country in the Philippine Art Trek in Singapore.

Gomez is a mentor accredited by the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship under Product Development, and a trained Product Design Specialist under the Design Center of the Philippines.
